Located in the South Gateway neighborhood, Mahonia Crossing features an 11-acre campus, designed to encourage community gatherings and activities with services and programming to support residents and their families. We offer garden style homes with one- to three-bedroom floor plans.

We believe in creating a space where all people are respected, cared for, and given tools to grow and explore their interests.

Experience a vibrant community with central amenities including a community kitchen, food pantry, and multi-purpose rooms. Additional community spaces include a fitness center and book share library. Enjoy flexible outdoor areas like our shared plazas, open field, playgrounds, picnic areas, and community gardens. Mahonia Crossing has on-site laundry facilities, resident parking, bicycle storage, and dedicated on-site resident services and programming team.
